I am a child of a single mom who has five other children. My mother is currently not working. I recieved $5,550.00 on a pell grant but i am still in need of $31,450.00. I have set goals for myself and it is my dream to reach them. I am the first out of my family to graduate high school and the first to attend colege. I graduated high school with a 3.79 GPA. I have an older sister who dropped out of high school her senior year. I have four younger siblings and i want to set a good example for them and be their romodel. I am not asking for the full amount because any small amount will be a huge help. Thank you!

I am 19 years old and I am currently 1 semester into college. I am the daughter of a cop in a small town and a walmart worker. I got some money from tops but it isnt enough to pay everything, and here recently my dad was jn an accident which may cut out his income all together, I was looking for a grant to improve college for me and stop killing my parents.

Its like you learn my thoughts! You appear to understand so much about this, such as you wrote the e-book in it or something. I think that you simply can do with some % to pressure the message home a little bit, however other than that, this is great blog. An excellent read. I’ll certainly be back.

I am a 21 half Hispanic and Caucasian male looking for $15000 to pay for the first year of school. Anything will help my mother and father have jobs and I have a job and my brother has three part time jobs and even with all this income we can’t make it just to live. Both of my parents did not finish college and I am the oldest, I want to break this chain and be an example for my two younger brothers I just need help. I am only asking for the first year because I am going to work all year round to keep paying for my schooling. I plan to attend BYU Idaho and study health physiology to later studying physical therapy to become a physical therapist. I need help, I cannot express to you the amount of gratitude I will have for the help that I can get. As I said before my goal is $15000 however ANYTHING helps! Thank you so much for your time!

Hi, my name is Tyler. I have gotten accepted into Point Park University for their dance program. I have worked my butt off my whole life to train in dance to get myself to this point and now I have gotten into one of the most prestigious programs in the country. It is about $30,000 per year. My father shows no interest in supporting me in the arts. Unfortunately he hasn’t since I began training, and my mother has be left with too much debt to manage. I would be devastated if I were not given the opportunity to go to the program. I want to be an international role model in dance. I feel completely confident Point Park University is the right program for me. Thank you so much!

I was just honorably discharged from the Air Force and am unemployed. I start school full time on may 7th for a 2 year degree on network engineering which is what I was doing in the military already; I graduated at the top of the squadron and recieved a AETC commandant award, my g.i. bill covers most of the expenses, I still need ($5,675) to cover books.
